The battle for delegates here continues

The intense fight for delegates to the state convention at this weekend's county convention is epitomized by three emails I have obtained. Two are from the Clinton campaign, including one seeking imports from out of state, and one from the Obama campaign trying to ensure the frontrunner retains --and maybe adds to --his delegate lead.

Here they are:

You helped us secure a dramatic victory in the January 19 caucuses. Now we need your help to make those votes count.

Will you help Hillary one more time -- this Saturday, February 23, at your county convention? We need you to stand up for Hillary on Saturday so she can stand up for all of us for the next four years.

Click here to find out where and when your County Convention will be.

Whether your caucus elected you to be a delegate, whether you signed up to be an alternate, or whether you just want to come be part of history, we need you!

Invite all the Hillary supporters you know -- your family, your friends, your colleagues. The more the merrier. Let's make it one giant support party for Hillary!

Most County Conventions start at 10 a.m. and will last until early afternoon. Registration begins at 8 a.m., so come early to register for Hillary.

We put our heart and souls into January. Now let's honor that work with a resounding victory on Saturday.

Come make history. Come to the convention. Come elect Hillary.

Click here to let us know we can count on you Saturday.

Thank you for your support and participation.

Best,

Rory Reid

Chairman, Nevada for Hillary

Dear friends:

Thanks for your support! We have two exciting opportunities for those of you able to travel to Texas or Nevada.

Many of you have already been called about the Texas HillStars program – to bring women to Texas from March 1-5 to help Hillary and Make History! For more information, please visit: http://www.hillaryclinton.com/action/txhillstars/ or email Judi Levy at [email protected]

In addition, the Nevada County Convention is this Saturday. We are looking for folks to make their own way to Vegas on Friday the 22nd to be there for the organization meeting at night, and then help with the convention in the AM. Let me know if you have any questions...

Thank you again for all that you did for Barack in Nevada.

Because of your hard work, we won the most delegates in the caucus here last month and ran an honest, uplifting campaign that appealed to people's hopes instead of their fears.

We all know that the Nevada caucus process could have been smoother up to this point, but it isn't over yet. There are still important ways to make a difference for Barack in this state.

This Saturday, February 23rd, every county in Nevada is holding its County Convention, and we need as many Obama supporters as possible to attend and help make sure we win as many delegates as possible.

Learn more and find your County Convention right now:

If you support Barack and participated in the January caucus, you are eligible to attend your County Convention and be a part of our team.

There are two ways to attend:

As a delegate, you'll stand for Barack once again and help secure even more delegates.

If you are not a delegate, you can attend as an alternate and be able to fill vacancies that may occur at a moment's notice. It's important to have enough Barack supporters at the conventions in case last-minute replacements are needed.

We encourage both delegates and alternates to pre-register for your County Convention. Find the details for your county here:

This is a fun opportunity to stay involved in the next stages of this process and help secure delegates for Barack. Be a part of this historic Nevada caucus -- find your County Convention and be sure to attend this Saturday:

Thank you,
