Citizen Outreach ranks legislators on their conservative bona fides

Chuck Muth says Dina Titus was more conservative than Bill Raggio. I hope Raggio doesn't hurt him. This is the stuff of ad campaigns. The bills used and rankings are here:

PLEDGE

AJR 5 Lottery - Proposed to amend the Constitution to allow for a statewide lottery. The lottery would give more money to government while competing directly with the state's primary industry. Citizen Outreach opposed this bill.

AB 13 Regulations - Changed the minimum age for a person on a boat to wear a life vest from 12 to 13. This is frivolous legislation mandating behavior better left to parental discretion. Citizen Outreach opposed this bill

AB 150 Prescription Drugs - Made over-the-counter pseudoephedrine-based medicines (cold & allergy pills) a prescription drug. Citizen Outreach opposed this bill.

AB 238 Regulation - Increased the size and scope of government by regulating tanning establishments. Citizen Outreach opposed this bill.

AB 255 Affordable Housing - Authorized the creation and maintenance of a statewide low-income housing database, created a new definition of "affordable housing" and revised provisions to make it illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation. Citizen Outreach opposed this bill.
