The UNLV women's basketball program, set to begin play under first-year coach Kathy Olivier, unveiled its schedule for the 2008-09 season.
The Lady Rebels could play as many as 11 games this season against programs that earned postseason berths a year ago. At the same time, 18 of UNLV's 29 games will be played at home, which is the most the program has scheduled since the 1983-84 season.
The season begins for Olivier's squad on Nov. 14 against Sacramento State, the first of three straight home games to start the year.
The Lady Rebs will also be televised on three occasions - one national and two regional. The national game is a Feb. 21 tilt at BYU, and it will air on CBS College Sports. Games at Wyoming on Jan. 17 and TCU on Feb. 10 will be shown on The Mtn.
