The HLS Center will be opening their new location at 1000 Highway AZ-95, Suite D, in Bullhead City, Arizona on April 7th at 11am to serve Laughlin, Bullhead City and surrounding area’s. Mr Noran plans to be the Don Laughlin of the homeless for a positive change. Mr. Noran’s organization, His Love Street, has helped many from Denver, Reno, Las Vegas and now opening his Center in Bullhead City to help counsel men and woman with drug addictions, help with food and job placement. His vision of a hotel for those in need is clearly in the Laughlin-Bullhead City Area, stated Mr. Noran. Last week when at The Bullhead-Laughlin Airport he clearly saw the vision in the hills of Laughlin.
The vision is a great multi-million dollar hotel which will offer the best God has to offer those in need. He hopes to meet and work with Mr. Don Laughlin to bring his vision alive. The Media and all are invited to the opening next week offering food and desserts to say we are in the neighborhood and here for the people. Mr. Noran is no stranger to the music world as last year he formed three great events in Las Vegas one of which included music legends Mary Wilson and Gladys Knight along with American Idol contestants. His goal is to get Taylor Swift and others to do a huge event in Laughlin to help raise monies to start construction of the HLS Hotel.
