United Nearshore Operations nominated for Call Center Week Excellence Awards

United Nearshore Operations, the preferred nearshore service provider in the region, has been selected by the Call Center Week Awards commission to be in the Best Outsourced Provider category. The winner will be announced at the premier contact center industry conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 11th.
Call Center Week takes place this year at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, from June 9th through the 13th. As the largest and most supported call center event, the occasion will bring together nearly 2,000 customer service professionals and more than 120 speakers that will share insights, develop strategic plans and explore key industry issues on team empowerment, data analytics, leadership, agent engagement, cloud solutions and customer service, among others.
The award judges evaluated the company’s most important processes in the industry such as recruitment, training and how UNO develops their team to achieve excellence as well as the innovative and robust technology platform that provides clients the confidence to trust their business.
