A gynecologist, a mortgage banker, a teacher and an electrician were among two dozen men who allegedly solicited an undercover female officer for sex, police said.
The arrests were made during a Metro Police vice sting last week in the area of a downtown motel.
The sting was the 13th successful operation conducted this year. A total of 187 people have been arrested for negotiating deals for sex with women they assumed were prostitutes.
Metro plans to continue running its random stings in hopes of ridding prostitutes from Las Vegas streets, upon which more than 200 HIV-infected hookers are known by the department to be working.
The names of all arrestees are available to the public at Metro's plaza desk downtown and its area substations.
