Lander County adds new deputy D.A.

Earl was graduated from law school at Pepperdine University in 1991 and worked in private practice in Utah, then in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas native said he also did some work as a clerk in the U.S. attorney's office in Las Vegas.
His position is allocated $40,000 in the district attorney's budget for the current fiscal year.
