The fire was believed to have started when molten magnesium was spilled into the basement of the facility.
The magnesium reacted with moisture and triggered a fire and explosions that caused $300,000 in damage.
No injuries were reported.
The meeting is designed to determine how the leak occurred and what can be done to prevent a reoccurrence.
