Guillermo Fellove pleaded guilty to two counts of felony driving under the influence of a controlled substance resulting in death.
Police said Fellove had cocaine in his system on May 15 when he raced through a 15-mph school speed zone at 50 mph.
His vehicle struck a car driven by 63-year-old Hilda Aarenau. She and her 5-year-old grandson, Aviezer Aarenau, died of their injuries.
Several witnesses reported to police that Fellove was driving erratically for several miles prior to the accident.
Police said Fellove had an extensive traffic record.
Fellove faces a maximum of 30 years in prison. Sentencing was set for Sept. 17.
