Letter: Photo radar will penalize generally law-abiding driver

This is a revenue enhancing idea that would only penalize the generally law abiding driver. I am always reading that we need more patrol officers at Metro.

Why are we spending money on equipment that is not available to protect and serve? In an emergency situation, I can't expect photo radar to respond to my call for help.
