Lightning strikes, injures motorist

Kelly D. Grace, 37, was listed in critical condition at University Medical Center, where he was flown after the Friday evening strike.

He was found lying on the side of the interstate near the California line. He was revived after Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Thomas Higgins administered chest compressions.

Grace had been riding south on I-15 when he was struck by the lightning.
