Letter: Tyson should be allowed back in ring in Nevada

Tyson undoubtedly is one of the world's best, therefore, he should be licensed here in Nevada owing to his popularity in the ring.

However, there still remains his having cannibal instincts, and because there has been a famine the local authorities, I believe, should stipulate that he should be "muzzled," at least while in the ring.
