Biggest UNLV moment: Being on the bench as the trainer for basketball team's 1990 national championship.
How he became "Cutty": "Keith Starr (former UNLV assistant coach) was the original Cutty. One day, he and I were under the basket and he yelled to me 'Cutty.' So he started saying it every time I walked into the gym and the players picked up on it. I guess it stuck."
