Letter: Now he knows why people were losing their cool

I waited more than an hour to be picked up on my return trip. Two buses arrived at the same time. The first one was the new double version.

I entered and it felt like a sauna booth. Everyone was sweating. I felt the air conditioner and it was warm air. I asked the driver why he was a half-hour late.

He told me that he stopped to cool the bus off. There is an air conditioning problem; remember it's the double version.
