Letter: Writer knows all about the heinous crime of bird feeding

I too, have been in trouble for feeding stray animals at the complex I live in behind the Stratosphere. I'd also throw a few bread crumbs for the birds and pigeons.

But then a notice came to all of us not to feed the birds or the "pigeon patrol" would get us! Honest, this happened! I still feed the birds, looking over my shoulder all the while, hoping the pigeon patrol isn't around!
