Letter: Berkley's comments about politics only ends up raising more questions

1. Who are the judges and defendants she was referring to?

2. What were the original charges brought against the defendants?

3. Did all these charges pertain to their work at the Sands or Venetian?

4. What would be the normal punishment given for these charges -- fines, community service, jail time, etc?

5. What punishment were the defendants given?

Honest answers to these questions should show anyone if Berkley is right.
