Second officer cited in connection with traffic accident

In the latest case, off-duty officer Roberto Henderson is accused of shoving Leslie Aragon in the chest and knocking him to the ground.

The incident occurred June 9 following a traffic accident involving Henderson's mother and Aragon.

Henderson was called to the scene and shoved Aragon, who reportedly was cursing.

Henderson was charged with misdemeanor battery and Aragon with disorderly conduct.

Metro officer Benny Hunt currently faces a misdemeanor battery charge in connection with a June incident. He is accused of hitting a motorist following a collision.

Both cases are under investigation by Metro's Internal Affairs Bureau.
