Henriette "Hank" Calabrese, 67, of Boulder City died Wednesday. She was born Jan. 15, 1931, in Oak Park, Ill. A resident for 23 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Charles; one son, Charlie Calabrese of Boulder City; and one sister, Jean Olsen of Fenneville, Mich.

Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

BRIAN M. CHOLEWINSKI

Brian M. Cholewinski, 24, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 16, 1974, in Pennsylvania. A resident for five years, he was a meat cutter for a retail grocer for five years.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie; three sons, Matthew Cholewinski, Andrew Cholewinski and Scott Cholewinski, and his mother, Carolyn Jordan, all of Las Vegas; his father, Ronald Cholewinski of Pennsylvania; and one brother, Mark Dewey of Boise, Idaho.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday in Calvary Chapel, Henderson. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2121 Western Ave., Suite A-3, is handling arrangements.

HOWARD J. GWYNN

Howard J. Gwynn, 73, of North Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 16, 1925, in Pikeville, Ky. A resident for 24 years, he was a retired Metro Police officer and World War II, Vietnam War and Korean War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; five sons, Reginell Gwynn of North Las Vegas, Mark Gwynn of Las Vegas, the Rev. William Gwynn and the Rev. Kenneth Gwynn, both of St. Louis, and the Rev. Jonathan Gwynn of Miami; one daughter, Lydian Ryan of Greenville, Miss.; two sisters, Hazel Armour of Wheelwright, Ky., and Ina Rollins of Pikeville, Ky.; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the Greater St. Paul Church of God in Christ.

CONSUELO HERNANDEZ

Consuelo Hernandez, 56, of Las Vegas died July 7 in Las Vegas. She was born April 1, 1942, in Del Norte, Colo. A resident for 22 years, she was a phone company clerk.

She is survived by one son, Xavier Martin; one daughter, DeAnna; her mother, Reynalda Garcia; one brother, Fred Garcia; one sister, Gloria Medina; and three grandchildren.

JEANNE LYNN KLEIN

Jeanne Lynn Klein, 31, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 23, 1966, in Roseburg, Ore. A resident for eight years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Erik; three daughters, Tausha Nicole Campbell, Trisha Marie Johnson and Trina Rose Klein; her parents, James and Linda; one brother, Ted Johnson; and two sisters, Angela and Jackie.

RICHARD MASEK

Richard Masek, 70, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 12, 1927, in Chicago. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired principal of North Ninth Street, Doris Hancock and O.K. Adcock elementary schools, a World War II Army veteran, a member of the Humane Society and Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the founder of Reading Clinic of Las Vegas.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine; and one son, Marshall Masek of Las Vegas.

Visitation will begin 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Private graveside services will follow.

DARRIN TROY NEWLAND

Darrin Troy Newland, 29, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 18, 1968, in Colorado. A resident for 16 years, he was a plumber.

He is survived by his parents, Evelyn and Richard; two brothers, Brian and Travis; and one sister, Nicole.

Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Sunday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

AARON JACOB NORFLEET

Aaron Jacob Norfleet, 2, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 18, 1996, in Las Vegas.

He is survived by his mother, Carla Pruett, his father, Barry M. Norfleet, one sister, Brandy N. Norfleet, and one brother, Barry M. Norfleet Jr., all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Autum Casterline of Fort Worth, Texas, Carl D. Pruett of Las Vegas and Tennie and Hezkiah Lanos of Memphis, Tenn.

Visitation is scheduled 1-1:30 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Neville R. Potter, 52, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 2, 1945, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident he was self-employed in the floor covering industry.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; his father, James Potter; two sons, Kenneth and Jonney; three brothers, James, Steven and Richard; one sister, Robin of Salt Lake City; and two grandchildren.

ARMIE SCOTT

Armie Scott, 83, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 15, 1914, in Chicago Heights, Ill. A resident for 41 years, he was a dealer and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Chloral; and three brothers, Anthony Scaccia, Albert Scaccia and Ernest Scaccia.

Services will be 6 p.m. Saturday in Harbor House, 4011 McLeod Drive. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

MARGARET L. WILSON

Margaret L. Wilson, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born July 18, 1914, in Forsyth, N.C. A resident for one year, she was a retired factory worker in the hosiery industry.

He is survived by three sons, Bobby Wilson and Donnie Wilson, both of Colfax, N.C., and Jimmy Wilson of Cary, N.C.; one daughter, Susan Wilson of Las Vegas; two sisters, Lama Herring and Dorothy Bryson, and two brothers, Grady Pulliam Jr. and Bill Pulliam, all of Winston-Salem, N.C.; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

No local services are scheduled. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
