McCaffrey follows typical U.S. policy

It's like telling the Irish Orangemen, "You can't march through a certain neighborhood. You do the way we want you to or else!"

Free people in other lands are getting fed up with roving U.S. diplomats at large telling them on how to live, behave and conduct their own state of affairs. To avoid further problems I'd like to share a few travel tips:

1. When in Rome do like the Romans. 2. Be aware. In Switzerland every home is burglar proof with ammo at hand. 3. Don't carry weapons into Sweden. Enjoy the love and hospitality. The smorgasbord is out of this world. 4. The minute you stop in England you can't avoid the smell of fish and chips. 5. Remember if you go to Paris, better learn to speak the language. 6. Last but not least, when going to Holland, remember that's only the name of two of the provinces. The entire country is called the Netherlands. Avoid politics and mind your own business, but smell the tulips.
