Anthony A. Berman, 37, of Las Vegas died July 9 in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 25, 1960, in Los Angeles. A resident for five years, he was a laborer.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Berman, and his father, Melvin Webb, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 9-10:30 a.m. Monday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. Monday in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

ROLAND 'MOOSE' BETHAUSER

Roland "Moose" Bethauser, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 7, 1929, in Cashton, Wis. A resident for 19 years, he was a Marine Corps veteran who served for 26 years and a member of the Fleet Reserve Association.

He is survived by his wife, Gerry; two daughters, Denise Hooshamd and Dawn Marie Bethauser, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Donald Bethauser of Cashton and Omer Bethauser of Milwaukee; one sister, Bernetta Byrnes of Brookfield, Wis.; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Monday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. A private burial will follow.

JAMES W. BLACKFORD JR.

James W. Blackford Jr., 69, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 11, 1929, in Glendale, Calif. A resident for many years, he was a water superintendent for the city of Oxnard, Calif., a Navy veteran and a member of the Elks.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce; three sons, James Blackford, John Blackford and Jack Blackford; two daughters, Janet and Judith; his mother, Rose McKeever; and one sister, Lorri Rowley.

REINERIO E. CUELLAR

Reinerio E. Cuellar, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 3, 1926, in Cuba. A resident for nine years, he was a retired chef.

He is survived by one daughter, Madilyn DeJesus of Las Vegas; his mother, Ada Cuellar of Cuba; two brothers, Jacquin Cuellar and Antonio Cuellar, both of Union City, N.J.; one sister, Gladys Cuellar of the Bronx, N.Y.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled noon-3 p.m. Sunday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

GEORGE G. DALERANDO

George G. Dalerando, 84, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 13, 1913, in Ohio. A resident for 28 years, he was an automobile mechanic and an Army Air Corps veteran.

He is survived by one son, Greg G. Dalessandro of South Elgin, Ill.; one brother, Nick Dalerando of Addison, Ill.; four sisters, Jane of Schaumburg, Ill., Mary of Las Vegas, Bessie of Henderson and Emma Walsh of Chicago; and two grandchildren.

JAMES SAMUEL DIGAETANO II

James Samuel DiGaetano II, 53, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Dallas. A resident for many years, he was born Nov. 3, 1944, in Youngstown, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife, Lesley; one son, James DiGaetano III; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James DiGaetano Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Carl DiGaetano; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Praise Ministries, 370 E. Windmill Lane. Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, is handling out-of-town arrangements.

JOSEPH JOHN EMORD

Joseph John Emord, 68, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born Oct. 31, 1929, in New York City. A resident for 18 years, he was a carpenter and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Madeline; seven sons, Edward Emord, Eric Emord, Keith Emord and Pierce Emord, all of Las Vegas, Roger J. Emord of Pahrump, Kurt Emord of Fountain Hill, Colo., and Lance Emord of LaPorte, Texas; three daughters, Robin Chapman, Tracey Emord and Valerie Emord, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Eugene Emord and Vernon Emord, both of New York City; four sisters, Ella Emord of Brooklyn, N.Y., Evelyn Mulle and Barbara Spudito, both of Henderson, and Bernice Reda of Brooklyn; 30 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

THURLAN E. HAMPTON

Thurlan E. Hampton, 76, of Salina, Utah, died Wednesday in Richfield, Utah. He was born April 14, 1922, in Joseph, Utah. A former Las Vegas resident, he was a retired civil service employee at Nellis Air Force Base, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran who served in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts.

He is survived by his wife, Elna; three children, Boyd Hampton of Aurora, Utah, Gail Hampton of Las Vegas and Judy Valk of Salina; one brother, Wayne Hampton of Bountiful, Utah; and one sister, Mary Kilgore of Helper, Utah.

HELEN J. HARDING

Helen J. Harding, 83, of Henderson died Thursday in Henderson. She was born July 3, 1915, in Chicago Heights, Ill. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, James Harding, and one daughter, Josephine Stewart, both of Henderson; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Elizabeth Kaliszewski, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 8, 1917, in Montana. A resident for 15 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, James Roebuck of Alta Loma, Calif.; one brother, Billy Stark of Hesperia, Calif.; two grandchildren and three great-grandsons.

Patricia Jane Perkins, 64, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born July 25, 1933, in Tonawanda, N.Y. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired secretary in the roofing industry.

She is survived by one daughter, Valerie Aguirre of Las Vegas; three brothers, Gerald Seymour, Daniel Seymour and Bruce Seymour, all of New York state; and two grandchildren.

Mary L. Pullum, 79, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born May 5, 1919, in Brewton, Ala. A resident for 35 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four daughters, Helen Merriweather, Mary Moses and Lillian Moore, all of Las Vegas, and Evelyn Murphy of Tacoma, Wash.; two sons, Clarence Pullum and James Pullum, both of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Raymond P. Riviere, 68, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 4, 1929, in Nashua, N.H. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired fire department captain and a Korean War Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Yola L.; three daughters, Sandra Jacobson of Perris, Calif., Michelle Smith of Caldwell, Idaho, and Robin Allender of Boulder City; his mother, Gertrude Riviere, and two sisters, Mary Ann Riviere and Patricia Corbin, all of Nashua; three brothers, Leonard Riviere of Nashua, Donald Riviere of Long Beach, Calif.., and Jake Riviere of Menifee, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

A vigil will be held 6 p.m. today in St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Boulder City. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Andrew's. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

George Stuckie, 80, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 14, 1918, in Pennsylvania. A resident for many years, he was a mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Concetta Mary.

James Tiberti, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 8, 1916, in Morley, Colo. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired expediter in the construction industry.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; one son, James J. Tiberti of Granite Bay, Calif.; one daughter, Silvia Buckley, and one brother, Jelindo Tiberti, both of Las Vegas; three sisters, Maria Tiberti of Las Vegas, Marge DeLuca of Detroit and Rosina Peterson of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and one grandchild.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

He is survived by two daughters, Jackie McRitchie of Henderson and Gail Lieberman of Springfield, Ill.; one brother, Moish Weinstein of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
