Three treated in construction incident

The Las Vegas Fire Department was called to the scene about 7:30 a.m. after two workers with Accurate Drilling and Sawing complained of dizziness. Their supervisor suspected carbon monoxide poisoning.

The two workers and the supervisor were treated at Summerlin Medical Center.

Twelve office workers were evacuated from their offices until fresh air could be pumped into the building.

The construction workers were using a propane-powered concrete saw in an enclosed room when the fumes accumulated.
