Letter: Rush Limbaugh not using his 'loan from God' for people

I'm not offended by Brian Greenspun's criticism of Rush Limbaugh. Let me give my thoughts on Rush Limbaugh.

I quote: "This is Rush Limbaugh, on loan from God, using only half of my brain to make it equal with my callers. Never been wrong in my life." This is a very self-centered person. He's not a caring person, except for the rich.

He delights in trying to lower people's standards. I don't recall Rush ever giving the president and Hillary Rodham Clinton any credit for the good they've done for our country and people, mostly our children.

Have you ever recalled Rush mentioning that the president never served in the military? I haven't. Has it ever dawned on you why he hasn't? Because Rush never served, either.

His reason for not serving: He had a high draft number. A high draft number would not have kept him from volunteering, would it? Could it be that he was gutless?

Rush only cares about large corporations. He doesn't care about the blue-collar workers. If he did, he would not be knocking the labor unions.

He's also against welfare for the needy. But he doesn't criticize corporate welfare. This is building new and larger stadiums for professional sport teams, with taxpayers paying higher taxes to do so. And Rush calls for tax cuts.

Why do I listen to the man "on loan from God"? I love it when a caller proves him wrong and Rush cuts the caller off.
