Letter: D-Day anniversary not a good day to substitute for national anthem

I was very upset when, on D-Day, did I see and watch our national anthem being played? Oh no, I saw a nice young lady singing "New York, New York!" Oh please, "New York" instead of our Old Glory? Shame, shame.
