Rodman hosts Hard Rock party

The Orbit Lounge, which turns the hotel's famed concert venue, The Joint, into an after-hours nightclub every Friday and Saturday night, will be the site for this affair, which should be rocking well past the usual 4 a.m. closing time. Rodman and crew will be joined by a full house of late-night revelers who will kick off the party with a live performance from Sugar Ray. The band achieved worldwide success this past year with an album that added stronger melodies to their music and further integrated the unique scratching of DJ Homicide's wheels of steel into the mix, as well as the stylings of Jamaican toaster Super Cat.

Admission is $20 in advance and $25 the night of the event. Tickets are available at the Hard Rock box office (800) HRD-ROCK and through TicketMaster.
