Letter: Plaster company, pool builder stand behind their services

Situation: Many dollars are put out for the installation of a swimming pool. Eighteen months later there are some major plaster problems no one anticipated.

Result: Plaster company and pool company stand behind their work and make it right. No arguments, no delays.

This is how all businesses should run; however, as the papers are regularly reporting, this is out of the ordinary. I am happy to comment on the up side of the pool industry. The companies involved are B & D Plaster and Desert Springs Pools.
