Letter: Editorial on 'paycheck protection' ballot initiative missed the point

"The Nevada Republican Party could no longer ignore the writing on the wall. It's so-called 'paycheck protection' ballot initiative, thinly veiled as an attack on organized labor, was doomed."
As worded, this says that they tried to push through a paycheck protection plan by disguising it as an attack on organized labor.
I can understand such an error by a columnist getting past the editors, but this was supposedly written by the editors themselves. Shame, shame.
But on second thought, the initiative might have had a better chance of success if they had presented it that way.
