CCSN Band presents annual concert

The CCSN Concert Band, conducted by Richard McGee, is made up of high school and college students, as well as musicians from the Las Vegas community. "This group is a wonderful blend of youth and experience," says McGee.

The band will perform a program featuring music of British and American composers. English music will include Gustav Holst's "First Suite for Band" and Ralph Vaughn-Williams' "Sea Songs." Works by American composers will include Leonard Bernstein's "Overture to Candide" and Alfred Reed's "First Suite."
