As part of the agreement, the 56 first-floor condominiums at the Pueblo at Santa Fe complex will be remodeled so they are accessible to the disabled.
The Disabled Rights Action Committee - an advocacy organization in Las Vegas - had filed the complaint against Frey Development Corp.
Frey Development agreed to put $20,000 into an escrow fund available to current or future owners of the first-floor units, donate $15,000 to the Disabled Rights Action Committee and pay the organization's $2,500 in legal fees.
