Letter: Forecasting the valley's demise

Whereas I am inclined to agree, in another scenario, this area becomes a huge water bowl.

I love Las Vegas and plan to enjoy about five to six more years here. At that time, I feel it will be prudent to exit to Wendover in Nevada.

My prediction is the demise of Las Vegas, as we know it today, will occur about 2008.
