Cost: $14.5 million.
Financing: $11.5 million from Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. $3 million from Atlantic City.
Bridgeport, Conn.
Harbor Yard.
5,300 seats. Completed.
Cost: $17 million.
Financing: $7 million from city of Bridgeport general obligation bonds. $10 million private funding through Zurich ReInsurance Corp.
Lehigh Valley (Easton), Pa.
Unnamed.
5,800 seats. Groundbreaking scheduled for late May.
Cost: $13 million.
Financing: $5 million from Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pending approval by state Legislature. Remainder privately financed.
Nashua, N.H.
Holman Stadium.
3,000 seats. Existing stadium being renovated.
Cost: $800,000.
Financing: $159,000 from city of Nashua. Remainder from ballclub and cellular phone companies erecting antennas atop ballpark light towers.
Newark, N.J.
Essex County Sportsplex.
6,000 seats. Ground broken May 6.
Cost: $22 million.
Financing: $11 million city of Newark. $11 million Essex County Improvement Authority.
Somerset (Bridgewater), N.J.
Somerset County Ball Park.
6,300 seats. Ground broken April 29.
Cost: $16.5 million.
Financing: $16.5 million Somerset County bond issue.
