Second man arrested in bar shootout

Metro Police arrested Artis Londell Moore, 19, of Las Vegas Monday afternoon without incident. He was charged with murder and robbery.

Bartender Salvatori Zendano Jr., 25, of Las Vegas was killed after three armed men walked into the O'Aces Bar & Grill in northwest Las Vegas about 4:40 a.m. Monday.

One suspect, who had a shotgun in his hand and a handgun in his jacket pocket, struggled with the bartender, and shots were fired from the shotgun, said homicide Lt. Wayne Petersen.

The first suspect called out to one of his partners for help, Petersen said. The second suspect fired, hitting both the bartender and the partner. Zendano and the 17-year-old suspect, whose name has not been released, died at the scene.

Kenshuwn Maxey, 17, was taken into custody as he tried to leave the bar. He was booked on charges of robbery, burglary and murder, all with a deadly weapon.
