Letter: Most ethical administration?

Kenneth Starr's report on Monica Lewinsky is only phase one. Still to come are reports on: Whitewater, futures market, law firm billing, Troopergate, FBI files, Travel office, ad infinitum.

Leave us not forget. The investigations by Starr and Congress so far have resulted in: a sitting governor found guilty; both McDougals guilty, Judge Hale guilty; other lessor known names found or pleaded guilty; more than 100 persons pleaded the Fifth Amendment or fled the country during the campaign finance hearings; five Cabinet secretaries with a special prosecutor or independent counsel; the president and the vice president both under investigation to determine if two more independent counsels are warranted for possible illegal fund-raising.

And this was going to be the most ethical administration in history? Give me a break.
