Ventana Canyon II should be completed in the summer of 1999. Medem Development of Las Vegas is the general contractor and Corus Bank of Chicago provided a $12.5 million construction loan.
Based in Los Angeles and Chicago, the Summit Fund said it has acquired or developed nearly 1,400 multifamily units in the Las Vegas area since 1996.
