Brief: LV Hilton renovating pool for $12 million

Perini is general contractor for a $12 million pool renovation at the Las Vegas Hilton in Nevada. The 175,000-square-foot job includes the remodeling of the existing pool, related improvements and replacement of the third-floor pool deck. Construction is under way with completion scheduled for next spring.

Perini also is building the $150 million, 500-room Hyatt Regency hotel-casino at Lake Las Vegas. Completion is set for this December.

Perini won a $35 million contract to build a new tower at the Atlantis hotel-casino in Reno. It's also building a $12 million, 34-lane bowling center, sports book, lounge, and child care center at the Riverside hotel-casino in Laughlin.
