Brief: Circus, Mirage near settlement

The Las Vegas casino companies sued each other after Mirage terminated a joint-venture agreement in the midst of a dispute over costs of preparing the site for construction of three hotel-casino projects.

Mirage executives had no comment on the settlement talks, while a Circus executive said no settlement has been reached yet.
