Brief: Fidelity cuts stake in Mirage Resorts

Fidelity parent FMR Corp., of Boston, now owns 7.558 percent of Mirage, or 13.6 million shares. Fidelity had owned 12.6 percent, or 22.6 million shares, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

Fidelity does not comment on its investment activity.

In September, Fidelity sold 7.4 percent of Anchor Gaming stock, reducing its holdings in Anchor to 5.6 percent. And in June, Fidelity sold 6.6 percent of Circus Circus stock, dropping its holdings in Circus to 3.1 percent.
