Letter: Criticize Tyson, but not Clinton?

Having read Anne Golonka's letter in Sunday's newspaper about Mike Tyson I can't help but wonder what she stands for.

She seems strangely silent when it comes to President Clinton. Her words, "silence is our enemy," she seems to have forgotten. Clinton is much more a damage to women than Tyson. I don't care if Tyson boxes. That is up to the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

I do question how someone can say they represent women's rights and not speak up against Clinton. When it's an easy target I guess you can be bold.

When it's someone in your party, let's not say anything that might hurt that party (Democratic). Next it will be Golonka supporting Packwood for president. All he has to do is act like he supports women's causes. Should anyone take her seriously?
