Leland Niel Danielson, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 26, 1919, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for six months, he was a bricklayer and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by three daughters, Linda Schmitt of Illinois, Marilyn Merica of New Mexico and Betty DeCracker of Nevada; and one brother, Gerald Danielson of Arizona.

Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Andrea May Garrison

Andrea May Garrison, 26, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 7, 1972, in Anchorage, Alaska. A resident for 2 1/2 years, she was a casino data technician.

She is survived by her parents, Vern C. and Mary M. Garrison; and one brother, Mark A. Garrison.

Services will be noon-6 p.m. Sunday at 1768 Santa Anita Drive. Burial will be in Alaska. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Robert Joseph Greene

Robert Joseph Greene, 62, of Las Vegas and Ely died Saturday in Ely. He was born March 12, 1936, in Arkansas. A resident for 15 years, he was a transit system bus driver and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen; one daughter, Kim Greene of Las Vegas; four sons, Edmund Greene, Jeffery Greene and Delbert Greene, all of Las Vegas, and Robert Greene Jr. of Toledo, Ohio; one stepson, Charles Fletcher of Toledo; his stepmother, Mae Green of Magnolia, Ark.; one sister, Betty Combs of Toledo; one stepbrother, Robert Greene of Los Angeles; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11:30 a.m. services Monday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Rose S. Jackson

Rose S. Jackson, 96, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 29, 1901, in Union Hill, N.J. A resident for 21 years, she was a retired legal secretary.

She is survived by one son, John Robert Jackson of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, 1501 Las Vegas Boulevard North., Las Vegas.

Amos Jamerson

Amos Jamerson, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 25, 1935, in Arkansas. A resident for 30 years, he was disabled.

He is survived by four sons, Michael Jamerson, Amos Jamerson Jr., Samuel Jamerson and Sidney Willrege, and one daughter, Sonya Jamerson, all of Las Vegas; and 30 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 1 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Sidney Kaufman

Sidney Kaufman of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local health care center. He was born in Chicago. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired tool salesman, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of the Zelzah Temple of Las Vegas and Masonic Lodge in El Paso, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; two sons, Michael Kaufman of San Diego and Dennis Kaufman of Phoenix; and five grandchildren.

Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

A.V. 'Kep' Kepler

A.V. 'Kep' Kepler, 77, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 22, 1921, in Stanhope, Iowa. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired security guard and a World War II Coast Guard veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; three daughters, Kathie Harrington and Julie Richey, both of Las Vegas, and Cynthia Leitner of Iowa Falls, Iowa; one son, David Kepler of Temple, Texas; and seven grandchildren.

Nellie Dinneen Roa

Nellie Dinneen Roa, 90, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. She was born Oct. 1, 1908, in the Philippines. A resident for 24 years, she was a retired schoolteacher.

She is survived by one daughter, Grace R. Gonzalez of Las Vegas; one sister, Anacoreta Andres of Rialto, Calif.; one brother, Silverio Galanida of the Philippines; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Floyd Smith Sr.

Floyd Smith Sr., 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born July 31, 1923, in Tallulah, La. A resident for 46 years, he was a retired laborer and a member of the Masons.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene; four sons, Floyd Smith Jr., Morise Smith, Samuel Smith and Eugene Smith, all of Las Vegas; six daughters, Argie Lee Phillips of Little Rock, Ark., Ethel Quenna Smith, Deloris Smith, Debbie Lynn Smith and Janice Marie Smith, all of Las Vegas, and Bernice Avadella of Atlanta; 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Baptist Church.

Irving LeRoy Sparling

Irving LeRoy Sparling, 73, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born July 10, 1925, in Detroit. A resident for 45 years, he was a retired city of Henderson employee, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Irmgard; one daughter, Rita Lorraine Sparling, and one son, Roland LeRoy Sparling, M.D., both of Henderson; one sister, Kathleen Gore of Lebanon, Ore.; and one brother, Roland S. Sparling of Great Falls, Mont.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Chapel. Graveside services will be 10:45 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

James A. Still Jr.

James A. Still Jr., 38, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 8, 1960, in Grand Rapids, Mich. A resident for seven months, he was an entertainer.

He is survived by his wife, Elain; two sons, Jimmy Still and Alex Still, both of Las Vegas; his father, James Still of Grand Rapids; his mother, Rae McClain, one brother, Steven Still, and two sisters, Pam Hardy and Kathy Thomson, all of Florida.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will 4 p.m. Saturday in Bunkers Chapel.

Diana Triplett

Diana Triplett, 3 weeks, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 19, 1998, in Las Vegas.

She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Larson, and her father, Bruce Triplett, both of Las Vegas.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Nancy Lee Utterback-Wagner

Nancy Lee Utterback-Wagner, 52, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 31, 1946, in Springfield, Mo. A resident for many years, she was a bank executive, a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, American Business Women's Association, Women in Mortgage Banking and the Rapport Institute.

She is survived by her husband, John Wagner; two sons, James Wagner and Jason Wagner, both of Las Vegas; three sisters, Marilyn Kolk and Linda Haun, both of Las Vegas, and Gail Baggett of Fairbanks, Alaska; three brothers, Leon Utterback Jr. of Logandale, Joseph Utterback of Las Vegas and Richard Utterback of California; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Additional visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Palora LDS Chapel with services following at 2 p.m. Graveside services will be in Memory Gardens.

James E. Watkins Sr.

James E. Watkins Sr., 62, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 22, 1935, in Aberdeen, Miss. A resident for 45 years, he was a retired transportation clerk and a Korean War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by four daughters, Sherisha Fralin, Dereatha Watkins and Patricia Watkins, all of Las Vegas, and Debra Walker of Aberdeen, Miss.; two sons, James E. Watkins Jr. and Jeffery E. Watkins, both of Las Vegas; and 10 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
