Letter: Let others take fund own schools

With the booming population growth we have been able to accomplish this goal, even though "old timers" have borne the brunt of this growth requirement. Now President Clinton and his party want to spend millions of the tax money we send to Washington to build schools and refurbish others in states and cities that cannot convince their citizens to also approve bonding.

What happened to the legalization of gaming in those states and communities that was supposed to bear the burden of educational needs? Let them take care of theirs as we take care of ours!
