Brief: Manager sues Binion's over his firing

Kline left the Tropicana hotel-casino in July to take the post of assistant manager of hotel operations at Binion's under a written agreement, according to the suit.

Soon thereafter, Binion's general manager left and Kline was asked to assume his duties. Kline said he was fired in August for not having enough experience to be general manager, which his suit says he was never hired to be.

Attempts to contact Binion's officials for comment failed.
