Bourbon Street's owners will ask the Clark County Planning Commission Thursday night for permission to build a new 30-story, 660-room timeshare tower, an additional 20,000 square feet of casino space, and a 10-level, 1,340-space parking garage.
The resort, located at 120 E. Flamingo, will also add 150,000 square feet of other building space that will house offices, meeting rooms, a spa and health club, dining rooms, recreation areas and an entertainment club.
