Gov. Bob Miller should show good faith and free up some of the $1.5 billion in the General Fund to return at least part of our investments. If not, there will be some devastating repercussions when the receiver's job comes to an end some time next year.
Most of the investors are retired and some are quite elderly. We are most vulnerable and this situation is fraught with dangerous possibilities.
