I suppose we are to believe that the Democrats that sat in judgment of President Nixon in 1974 were holier-than-thou members approaching sainthood; you know, like Barney Frank.
If you followed Poupard's logic, any law enforcement officer who had ever received a speeding ticket would not be qualified to issue one. Makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
