Utah man killed in I-80 crash near Winnemucca

Jayson Hundley, 27, Bennion, Utah, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the crash about 10:50 p.m. Thursday 27 miles west of Winnemucca.
Hundley was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of the interstate.
David Agenbroad, 27, Melba, Idaho was driving a semi-trailer truck when he saw Hundley approaching on the wrong side of the interstate. He slowed to try to avoid a collision, but Hundley's pickup hit the truck and slammed into a guard rail.
Several other tractor trailers coming up on the crash sustained vehicle damage due to debris on the roadway, trooper Suzan Rivas said.
The accident remained under investigation.
