The order prohibits strikers from narrowing or obstructing entrances, bars picketers from striking employees' vehicles and prohibits picketing on employees' private property or on job sites where Pete King is working.
A hearing on a preliminary injunction is set for Nov. 2.
The order follows similar rulings granted on behalf of Kukurin Concrete, Precision Concrete and Lewis Homes in recent months as the unions seek to organize non-union construction trade shops.
