Editorial: McKinney-James for lieutenant governor

One of the responsibilities of the lieutenant governor is to head the state commissions on tourism and economic development. Along with her background in the private sector, McKinney-James has an outstanding record in public service. She was a commissioner on the then-Public Service Commission that oversaw utilities in this state and also has been the chief of staff for the Las Vegas city manager's office. Her intelligence and experience are exceptional.
