William John Binger, 62, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 11, 1936, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for five years, he was a carpenter, an Army and Air Force veteran and a member of Carpenters Local 1977.

He is survived by one son, William Brent Binger of Tucson, Ariz.; one brother, Chuck Binger of Sylmar, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Martha Caceda

Martha Caceda, 75, of Las Vegas died Sept. 30 in a local health care center. A homemaker, she was born July 29, 1923, in Peru.

Graveside services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.

Winfred Gerald Cook Sr.

Winfred Gerald Cook Sr., 59, of Henderson died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 23, 1939, in Ellington, Mo. A resident for seven years, he was a retired distribution manager for a meat packing plant and a member of the Sunrise Optimists Clubs of Sedalia, Mo.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; one daughter, Marcia Walton, and one son, Winfred G. Cook Jr., both of Henderson; two stepdaughters, Debbie Williams of New Harmony, Utah, and Alicia Lozano of San Antonio; one stepson, Johnny Harrah Jr. of Cedar City, Utah; five sisters, Louise Sherrill of Smithton, Mo., Lorene Turner of Edmond, Okla., Berniece Kutz of North Versailles, Pa., Judy Masterson of Otterville, Mo., and Linda Chitwood of Las Vegas; four brothers, Arthur Cook of Ellington, Mo., Lawrence Cook of Medora, Ill., Cecil Cook of Florence, Mo., and Jerry Cook of Otterville; and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Thursday in the Desert Rose LDS Chapel.

Reed Austin Elliott

Reed Austin Elliott, 71, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 2, 1926, in Texarkana, Texas. A resident for one year, he was a retired lawyer for Chevron Oil Co., and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son, Kevin Elliot of Henderson; one daughter, Pam McMenamin of Louisville, Colo.; and six grandchildren.

Arthur Emmons

Arthur Emmons, 72, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born March 17, 1926, in New York. A resident for nine months, he was an electrician and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah.

Lois M. Garlick

Lois M. Garlick, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local health care center. She was born March 25, 1908, in Aurora, Ill. A resident for three years, she was a bookkeeper.

She is survived by one son, Norm Abens; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Joseph William Ingram

Joseph William Ingram, 81, of Henderson died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 14, 1917, in Des Arc, Ark. A resident for 46 years, he was a retired locomotive engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad.

He is survived by his wife, Marty; one son, Randy Ingram of Bloomington, Ill.; one sister, Vesta Farmer of North Little Rock, Ark.; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

The family suggests donations to the Reformer Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., Las Vegas.

Brenda James

Brenda James, 29, of Las Vegas died Oct. 18 in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was born Feb. 20, 1969, in Nevada.

She is survived by her father, Gean James; her mother, Pat James; her stepfather, Louis E. Davis; six children, Tiffany, Brianna, Robert Jr., Brenda, Darrell and D'Osha; four sisters, Tina, Lisa, Evelyn and Sandra; two brothers, Gene and Louis; dear friends, Bobby and Barbara Amphy; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.

Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 N. Las Vegas Blvd., North Las Vegas, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.

Robert Koval

Robert Koval, 57, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born June 23, 1941, in New Jersey. A resident for many years, he was a truck driver and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by one brother, Jack Koval of New Jersey.

Burial will be in New Jersey. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Eugene Elmer Money

Eugene Elmer Money, 59, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 25, 1938, in Illinois. A resident for five years, he was a computer consultant and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Chandler; six daughters, Marcy Abernathy, Gigi Mize, Terri Kisro, Karen Frasyer, Leslie Markel and Helen Money; two sisters, Beverly Chapman and Penny Burns; two brothers, Larry Cockrel and Douglas Money; and ten grandchildren. His father, Harold E. Money, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be 2:15 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Clayton E. Reed

Clayton E. Reed, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 31, 1935, in Louisville, Ky. A resident for 23 years, he was a long-haul truck driver for 24 years, a superintendent for Garland Construction for eight years and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by one son, Clayton E. Reed Jr., and one daughter, Belinda R. Ignatow, both of Louisville, Ky.; one brother, Melvin L. Reed of Las Vegas; two sisters, Loetia M. Reitz of Massapequa, N.Y., and Elizabeth A. Cox of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be private.

Theresa Mary Smith

Theresa Mary Smith, 87, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 10, 1911, in Italy. A resident for five years, she was a hand sewer for a clothing manufacturer.

He is survived by one brother, Nelson Leone of Watertown, N.Y.; and one sister, Rose Asaro of Las Vegas.

Elizabeth I. Tolnay

Elizabeth I. Tolnay, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born May 16, 1914, in New York City. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Dougherty of Las Vegas; one brother, Stephen Rohaly of Florida; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Effie Neomi Utterback

Effie Neomi Utterback, 92, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local convalescent center. She was born April 25, 1906, in Kansas. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Neil Utterback of Nebraska; one daughter, Helen Unrein of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Mary Constance Vincent

Mary Constance Vincent, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 3, 1925, in Endicott, N.Y. A resident for nine years, she was a retired secretary for a computer company.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Morace, and one son, Craig Vincent, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Dominick Salamida of Endwell, N.Y.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road.

Toni Lee Walters

Toni Lee Walters, 50, of Las Vegas died Oct. 19 in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 3, 1947, in Las Vegas. A resident for 51 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her mother, Gertie Moore, and two brothers, Bobby Hampton and Jimmy Davis, both of San Bernardino, Calif.; one uncle, Shed Smith, and her grandmother, Ida Davis, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Chapel. A private burial will follow.
