Woman charged with murdering boyfriend

Police said Kathleen Carter called 911 at 5:38 a.m. to report that someone in the apartment she was in had cut his leg in the shower.

When police arrived, they found Robert Prince Wiley, 43, dead on the bathroom floor of his apartment with an apparent stab wound to his leg.

Police believe Carter stabbed Wiley with a piece of glass.

Wiley's 10-year-old son told detectives the couple had been arguing Sunday evening.
