Letter: Clinton fortunate to have survived Flowers revelations

Where did this mentality come from that to be a good politician you have to be a woman-chasing, adultering, lying cheater? Comparing most of the people I know with Clinton, they would sprout wings and wear halos. As for the media biases, if Clinton would have been a Republican during the Flowers ordeal, he never would have been elected.
Most of the bills Clinton and his Cabinet passed were Republican ideas tinkered with by Clinton and his Cabinet and called their own, then passed when their backs were against the wall.
If you think this is too much money to spend investigating lying, perjury, subjecting your subordinates to your sexual desires, etc., maybe you can solicit the Mustang Ranch to open a branch on Pennsylvania Ave. Look at the money that would save us with these everybody-does-it politicians. I hear the ranch is having some problems (might get good rates).
As for a village raising your children, I do not want this village or villagers anywhere near my children. And how about the great economy with the wife working and the husband holding down two jobs -- isn't it great? (Let's get real).
