Letter: Dishonor rests in Clinton's actions, not in calls for his resignation

Isn't it honorable to accept responsibility for your actions beyond apologies and requests for forgiveness? Is it dishonorable for U.S. citizens, through free speech, to recommend that Clinton resign because of his actions in bringing dishonor to the presidency?

How can "we the people" be dishonorable when Clinton serves us and he has brought dishonor to his office and to America? Weren't the founders of our country talking about honor when they set the standard for impeachment as "high crimes and misdemeanors"?

Can it be honorable to lie to a federal grand jury and in a deposition in a civil suit? Isn't it more dishonorable for the highest legal officer to lie and subvert the legal process?
